This 16 year old patient had a Class I malocclusion with extreme crowding of the lower incisor teeth (Fig 1) and a deep overbite ( Fig 2 ).

He was treated with full upper and lower braces. Notice the normal alignment of the lower incisors in Fig. 1 and the improvement in the overbite in Fig. 2.
