This 12 1/2 year old patient exhibits a Class II malocclusion with excess overbite and overjet. Additionally, the upper canine teeth are impacting ( Fig 2 ).

She was treated with full upper and lower braces. Notice the correct placement of the canines in the upper dental arch ( Fig 1 ) and the nice correction of the overbite and overjet ( Fig 2 ).
