This 48 year old patient exhibits congenitally missing upper lateral incisors ( Fig. 1 ) and extracted premolars on the lower arch ( Fig. 2 and Fig. 3). She has a deep overbite with spacing of the upper front teeth.

She was treated with full upper and lower braces  to improve her overbite and open spaces for implants to replace the missing lateral incisors ( Fig 3 ). The back teeth were repositioned for new bridges to replace the missing premolars. Note the improved dental esthetics ( Fig 4 ) and the overall pleasing esthetics of the facial balance.
