This 12 1/2 year old patient exhibits a Class II malocclusion with a dental and facial asymmetry to her left side resulting in her lower midline shifted to the left of her upper dental midline ( Fig 1 ).

She was treated with full upper and lower braces and a headgear that pulled her upper teeth back primarily on her left side. Note the nice correction of her dental midlines.
